I threw these babies together friday night as I was preparing for my volunteer weekend at the ms150 bike ride.🚲 and to be honest..I didn’t measure anything😝. Whole Grain Banana Blueberry Protein muffins👉 Bobs red mill 7 grain mix, a little coconut flour, 1-2 scoops of vanilla whey protein, 1 egg, stevia, vanilla extract, 1 banana, & baking soda. Blend together & add blueberries at the end. 🍕While oven is warming pan fry eggs & bacon in a little olive oil.
